Description
The beautiful Four Mile Cove area in SE Cape Coral stretches between Del Prado Blvd. and a nature preserve. Enjoy peace and quiet while being only a few minutes away from one of the main hubs of the city. Properties in this desirable neighborhood are attractive and well-maintained. Villa Tropicana is no exception. Surrounded by tall palm trees, the home impresses with Spanish-style architecture with arched windows and a tile roof.
The pleasant impression of the outside continues inside as well. Unusually large windows, some of which extend all the way to the floor, and sliders to the pool area allow the light to flow into spacious rooms that are tastefully furnished with contemporary pieces. Each of the three bedrooms is individually designed. The fully equipped kitchen and both bathrooms are completely renovated. Dark wood and granite countertops set handsome accents. Villa Tropicana almost looks like a newly built home.
The pool area faces south and overlooks a Gulf access canal. Both the pool and the adjacent spa can be electrically heated. A dining set for eight is available on the covered patio, so there is extra room to invite guests over for a barbecue. Lounge chairs are available as well. If you want to do more than just work on your tan, go ahead and explore the Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve next door, either on foot along the board walk or by kayak. The unspoiled nature makes Florida as it once was truly come alive.
For your comfort you will find the following equipment in the vacation homes in Cape Coral managed by us:

The house is awesome!! Plenty of space for my family of four. I really liked the fact the master is on the opposite side of the two other bedrooms…made it feel like a vacation from my kids also!….The pool and patio area is phenomenal. We enjoyed our Thanksgiving dinner on the patio and quickly followed that up with some fun games in the pool. The fact you have privacy and the ability to allow your children to swim whenever with no other people around is priceless….DEFINITELY will be coming back!! Thank you again!

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. Perfect location for having a boat delivered to the dock. A short ride to the river. The villa was very clean. Most of the comforts of home. The host was just a text away if we needed her. We highly recommend staying here.

I don't even know where to begin! This home was even more beautiful in person and was very clean. We spent 10 days here and were surprised by the end of our trip with how much time we spent at the house rather than going out or to the beach! The pool area was so peaceful as well as the whole neighborhood. The neighbors were super friendly too! The host was very friendly and communication was always great. The info packet with all the different activities and tips was a really huge plus for us because we got to try out new things we had not heard of before in Cape Coral. Instructions were very clear and very organized. We really felt like we were right at home! I cannot wait to visit again! I highly recommend this property if you are looking to get away to a peaceful quite place and to just relax. Thank you for sharing this wonderful home!

I spent a week here with a friend and really enjoyed our time at this house. It is spacious, well equipped, but the real high point of this house is the lanai. A very nice sized pool with a hot tub, on the end of a canal, so pretty private. We ate every meal out on the lanai when we were home :) It is also convenient to restaurants and grocery stores and the neighborhood was good for walking in the evening. It is also really close to the Eco-Reserve where there's a 2 mile walk through the mangroves on a boardwalk, shade the entire way. We enjoyed that too. The master is on one side of the house with a fairly large bath and there are two other bedrooms on the other side with a shared bath (shower only). The bathroom fixtures need some updating. The master sink fixtures were confusing as there is one handle to turn on the water and the other to regulate the temperature. I was never able to get the temperature right, not sure if it isn't functioning properly or user error. We didn't have trouble with the temperature, as some of the reviews suggested. I turned the thermostat to 76 during the day and down to 72 at night and that worked perfectly. Our electric bill at the end of the week was $80. The temperature outside during our stay was in low to high 80s, so not cool outside. I didn't think the electricity was unreasonable. The TVs weren't picking up Netflix or Amazon and we called Brigette. She responded quickly and her son came over to try to get them working, to no avail. So we decided to buy a Roku and I installed it and they reimbursed me for it. So there shouldn't be an issue with that anymore. All-in-all, we really enjoyed the home and would stay there again when we come back. I was particularly happy they let me bring my pet, as she travels with me a lot and I prefer to bring her a long rather than going through the trauma of boarding her.

My partner and I stayed at this property for the month of November. We work remotely (during COVID) and needed a place to stay that was conducive to working from home. Wifi connection worked really well and was reliable for two people constantly on video calls throughout the day. Also, plenty of space to set up a workstation. There is a desk in the main living area and a kitchen table. The house itself was nice (Lots of space! Impeccably clean! Comfortable beds! Fully stocked kitchen!), however, the crowned jewel of this house is the pool and lanai area. The outdoor area is GORGEOUS. We spent as much time as possible outside. You have the pool AND a great view of the canal. The property is close to grocery stores and even a few bakeries. There's even a nature preserve nearby with a beautiful hiking trail. A few other highlights in the area include: German restaurants (we went to the Schnitzel House in Fort Myers twice - this is a MUST), German bakeries (check out BAM German Bakery), and PLENTY of mini-golfing (We went to 4 courses in the area. Popstroke and Castle Golf were our favorites.). The property management were really communicative and easy to work with (Danke, Brigitte!). We ran into a plumbing issue and they had someone there within 15 min. to fix it. Fantastisch customer service.

Look no further than this beautiful home. Has excellent floor plan. Two bedrooms, living room and kitchen all have sliding glass doors to the spacious pool area. This is nice because the pool area seems to be the focal point of people vacationing. Master bedroom is huge and private bathroom is gorgeous. Nothing in the house needs updating. Was 95 degrees when I was there so pool and hot tub were fine with no heater on. I do however like my hot tub hotter than normal people. It was pretty self explanatory how to turn up the heat however I did not want to start turning dials and such. I called to ask for sure how to do it and Brigette and her husband came over promptly and showed me. Is also very close to dining and shopping. I plan to go back again. Bob Williams Minnesota

We loved the layout of the house, large pool and lanai area and how the whole house opened up to the lanai. We enjoyed Villa Tropicana, Dream Vacation Florida’s property management, and Cape Coral so much that we decided to stay another month with one of their other properties. Lieben Dank dafür, dass alles so reibungslos geklappt hat. Auch wenn es vorher eine schlechte Nachricht gab, war diese wahrscheinlich vorbestimmt.
Die Villa Tropicana war für uns perfekt. Die Grösse der Villa, die Ausstattung.... nichts liess einen Wusch aus.
Unsere Flüge sind reibungslos verlaufen und wir sind müde leider angekommen.
Am liebsten wäre ich gleich da geblieben. :-)
