Description
One of the most popular neighborhoods in Cape Coral is the area near Cape Harbour. Up to eight guests will find an upscale home that offers plenty of room for everyone. Three of the four bedrooms are located on the ground floor, while the master suite is upstairs and includes a balcony. Villa First Class was newly furnished in the fall of 2013 and presents itself modern and inviting. Hand-selected decorative accents add a contemporary touch.
The pool area faces south and enjoys sunshine almost all day long. Pool and spa can be electrically heated, perfect for the cooler time of year. A large dining table with seats for eight can be found on the covered patio, and of course there are lounge chairs and an umbrella. What could be more peaceful than to stretch out by the pool, listen to the gentle waves on the canal and just relax?
Villa First Class not only offers a luxurious ambience but a highly desirable boating location as well. The river can be reached in a very short time, with no boat lock or bridges to deal with. The rental boat can be docked at the boat dock with Tiki Hut and bar. The lift is not available for the renter. Since a regular driver’s license is sufficient in Florida, renting a boat and exploring the area from the water is one of the most popular activities Cape Coral has to offer. Some of the barrier islands can only be reached by boat, and several restaurants have a boat dock, including the ones in nearby Cape Harbour. There can be no doubt – Villa First Class is the ideal starting point for an all-around wonderful vacation in the Sunshine State.

ehrlich gesagt, wir waren doch etwas sehr skeptisch, was uns in Cape Coral erwartet, als wir via Internet erstmalig ein Haus in Florida mieteten. entweder haben wir Pech oder ein Goldstück ausgegraben, sagten wir uns.

Wir fühlen uns ab der ersten Minute in Ihrem Haus wohl. Tadelos gepflegt, die geschmackvolle Einrichtung, die fachkundige und zuvorkommende Betreuung durch Familie Nagel, die auf jede Frage eine Antwort wussten, das alles machte diesen Urlaub zum wahren "enjoy your day".
Unsere drei Kinder waren vor allen Dingen vom Boot und vom Pool begeistert.
Oft stellten wir uns abends die Frage was wir in einem Hotel gemacht hätten. Für uns alle eine Qual !
Selbst bei einem dreitägigen Aufenthalt in Orlando wollte jeder so schnell wie möglich "nach Hause", nach Cape Coral.
Wir werden dieses Haus unseren Freunden und Bekannten, wenn sie einen Traumurlaub in Florida verbringen wollen, jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
