| Hallo Herr Nagel Vielen Dank für Ihre positive Antwort. Und hier noch die Referenz: Uns hat es ihn der Villa Belloccia sehr gut gefallen. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Und wenn mal ein Problem besteht, dann wird rasch geholfen. Bootsfahrer sind in wenigen Minuten auf dem Fluss, brauchen dann allerdings ein wenig länger bis zu den Intercoastal-Wasserstrassen Richtung Sanibel und Captiva Island. | Guten Tag Frau Nagel Endlich komme ich dazu ihre Mail zu beantworten . Der Alltag hat uns wieder voll im Griff. Wir sind bereits seit 2 Wochen wieder zuhause und unser Urlaub war ein voller Erfolg. Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in der Villa Solitaire verbringen dürfen. Das Haus war/ist der absolute Hammer (für unseren Geschmack). Die Lage mit Abendsonne perfekt. Die Terrasse mit Pool u. Whirlpool am schönen Kanal einfach traumhaft. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl. Das Haus ist genauso wie im Internet abgebildet, meiner Ansicht- in Natura noch viel schöner. Es war Luxus-Pur. Das grosse, helle Badezimmer hätte ich gerne mit nach Hause genommen. Die Kinder den Kühlschrank, mein Mann die automatische Garage und und und…. Das Boot vor dem Haus haben wir - ohne grosse Bürokratie- dazu mieten können. Dank ihres grossartigen Einsatzes. Die Einführung mit dem Boot war professionell und wir fühlten uns sicher. Die Anfahrt bis zur Schleuse, die ca. 20 Min. dauert ist nicht schlimm, da man die schönen Häuser begutachten kann. Das Mieten durch ihre Agentur kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Wir wurden von Beginn der Reservation bis zu unserer Abfahrt super betreut. Die Bezahlung war einfach. Die Wegbeschreibung war super, das Haus haben wir auf Anhieb gefunden. Auch der Empfang war einfach SUPER. Vielen Dank an ihren Mann. Sein Einkauf für den nächsten Tag war einfach genial. So mussten wir am ersten Morgen nicht zuerst in den Supermarkt springen. Wir haben das sehr geschätzt. Ich beneide jeden der seinen Urlaub in der Villa Solitäire verbringen darf (im guten Sinn natürlich). Wir werden auf jeden Fall die Sonnenstube Amerikas wieder besuchen. | What a wonderful month – except it went by too fast! This home is so beautiful done and yet so comfortable. Great for entertaining Family and friends. Can enjoy beach area within a short walk or relaxing on patio by canal and watch for the dolphins to go by. Furnished with everything you need right down to beach towels. All the little extras made it a special place to enjoy Southwest Florida. Highly recommended !!! And – Brigitte was wonderful to work with. Recommended: - Nervous Nellies at Ft. | Hallo Herr Nagel, Wir möchten uns ganz herzlich für die Vermittlung der Villa Barbara in Naples bedanken. Es hat alles super geklappt und wir konnten uns zu hundert Prozent auf Ihre Zusagen verlassen, was längst nicht selbstverständlich ist, wenn man über das Internet bucht! Die Villa Barbara ist ein absoluter Traum, alles wunderschön und neu eingerichtet, äusserst geschmackvoll und nicht so wie die meisten anderen Häuser, die wir uns angeschaut haben mit dunklem Holz, übermässigen Dekorationen, Plüsch und Kitsch. Alles ist auf dem neuesten Stand und man fühlt sich von der ersten Minute rund herum wohl und heimisch! Die Lage ist auch nicht schlecht, da man sowohl die umliegenden Golfplätze als auch die Altstadt von Naples und den Strand in zehn Minuten mit dem Auto erreichen kann. Die Umgebung ist sehr gepflegt, die Lage ruhig und doch nicht einsam, der Supermarkt in direkter Nähe mit einigen umliegenden Geschäften, insofern mangelt es an nichts! | Wuir haben unsere Zeit hier in diesem wunderschoenen Haus mehr als genossen. Es war perfekt fuer unsere Familie und unsere Kinder hatten viele schoene Stunden im Pool und viel Platz zum Spielen im Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefuehlt und haben uns fest vorgenommen moeglichst schnell wieder zu kommen. Aber erstmal geht es zurueck in den Winter nach Salzburg Familie B. |

| Sehr geehrter Herr Nagel, wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt und konnten uns auch sehr gut erholen. Für uns war es besonders schön, da die ganze Familie aus verschiedenen Ländern zusammenkam. Das Haus ist großzügig und gut ausgestattet und hat eine schöne Lage. Die Küche war gut ausgerüstet, auch wenn nicht ganz neu, war doch alles gut im Schuss. Der Crown Point compound mit dem Klubhaus und ruhigen Straßen hat uns gut gefallen. Wir haben 2 zwei Autos gehabt und sind gut überall hingekommen. Wir sind sogar mit den Fahrrädern (auch Fahrräder mitgebracht) zum 5th Ave. gefahren. Das Haus war sauber und der Garten gut gepflegt. Eine gewisse Grundausstattung (Toilettenpapier, Spülmittel, Gewürze usw.) war vorhanden, so dass wir nur nach und nach dieses ersetzen und nicht sofort eine lange Einkaufsliste machen mussten. Wir sind von Naples und Florida begeistert gewesen. Unsere Kinder sind noch weiter nördlich gefahren und hat uns von vielen schönen Erlebnissen berichtet. | "Awesome Get-away!" I was very impressed with the home itself. Tastefully decorated, located in a quiet cul-de-sac. A real home away from home with everything you need and more. Lovely view of the canals, drinking morning coffee on the lanai and watch the fish jump -- most enjoyable. Spend a lazy afternoon by the pool, sharing appetizers and wine at the patio table. Close to shopping, restaurants and any sight-seeing you may want to take in. I loved it! |

| "Christmas in paradise" Waking up to coffee by the pool, relaxing while the kids swim. The pool is the perfect size for fun and activities. The patio and lanai are well maintained and equipped with furniture for either relaxing by the pool or enjoying a delicious meal. The bedrooms are very roomy with large closets, very comfortable beds and each room is equipped with a flatscreen T.V. The huge patio doors to the pool and deck area made us feel like we where outside even when we were indoors. Two car garage and well landscaped yard made it feel like home away from home.The kitchen is fully equiped with modern appliances, cookware, and dishes - nothing has been forgotten in this tasefully decorated home ! |

| Sehr geehrter Herr Nagel, gerne komme ich Ihrem Wunsch nach und bestätige gerne, dass wir bereits zum zweiten Mal über Sie ein Haus in Naples gebucht haben. Wir waren mit beiden Häusern sehr zufrieden, da diese den Beschreibungen entsprachen und hinsichtlich Lage, Ausstattung und Möblierung unseren hohen Erwartungen standhielten. In der Villa Catalina hat uns die großzügige Ausstattung mit Handtüchern sowohl für die Bäder als auch für Strand und Pool angenehm überrascht und war selbst für unsere 6 köpfige Familie mehr als ausreichend. Insgesamt präsentierte sich die Villa nicht neu aber absolut sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir für einen 14tägigen Urlaub benötigten. Bei unserem nächsten Florida-Urlaub werden wir gerne wieder über Sie buchen. |

| Wir haben uns in den letzten 2 Wochen sehr wohlgfuehlt. Von hier aus konnten wir super schoene Ausfluege unternehmen. Auch haben wir den 50. Geburtstag von meinem Mann Joerg hier gefeiert. Ihr wunderschoenes haus laesst keine Wuensche offen - doch vielleicht einen kleinen - zu dem super Schirm ein paar Klappstuehle die mit zum Strand genommen werden koennten. Das waere toll. | Hallo Herr Nagel, ja, es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen. Die Villa ist wirklich sehr schön, hell und groß mit tollem Pool. Hat alles gepaßt - auch das Boot ließ sich sehr gut fahren. Vor allem konnten wir mit dem Boot schnell durch`s Gewitter fahren. Da hat man schon ein bißchen Angst, wenn`s überall blitzt und knallt. Der Alltagsstress hat allerdings nicht lange auf sich warten lassen - vor allem für meinen Mann. Der ist schon wieder von morgens bis abends im Einsatz. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder nach Cape Coral - ob als Mieter oder Besitzer müssen wir jetzt Sonntag mal ganz genau prüfen. | Wir haben bereits das zweite Mal die Villa Rosegarden gebucht. Bereits im Jahr 2011 war dies ein tolles Haus. Jetzt nach der Renovierung/Neueinrichtung ist die Villa tatsächlich noch schöner geworden. Die Besitzer haben viel Mühe und Liebe in das Haus investiert. Es gibt hier absolut nichts zu bemängeln! Die Lage der Villa und die Ausrichtung des Lanai sind einfach nur perfekt. Die Hausverwaltung durch die Familie Nagel war so wie man es sich wünscht. Äußerst freundliche und sympathische Menschen! Die Hausübergaben bei An- und Abreise waren ausführlich und genau und es wurde sogar an einem Wochenende dafür gesorgt, dass das wirklich kleine Problem mit der Poolpumpe gelöst wurde. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Ausstattung, die Lage, der Pool und die Aussicht von der Terrasse. Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunftt top sauber und gepflegt so dass wir es jederzeit gerne wieder buchen sowie auch weiter empfehlen werden. | Lieber Eigentümer wir hatten einen traumhaft schönen Urlaub in Ihrem unglaublich geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Uns hat wirklich alles gefallen. Angefangen natürlich beim Mobiliar, aber auch die kleinen Dinge wie Geschirr, Gläser, Sets, Handtücher usw. waren super schön. Ein paar kleine Anregungen haben wir aber dennoch: Tasche und Schirm für den Strand wären schön. Außerdem hellere Beleuchtung im Masterbedroom damit man abends im Bett noch etwas lesen kann. Wir planen schon unseren nächsten Urlaub in Ihrem wunderschönen Haus, nur leider ist es Ostern 2013 schon ausgebucht. Ihre Familie L. |

| Drei Bayern kamen sehr gerne hierher, schon wegen der Wärme. Was sie aber besonders erfreut war der Empfang durch nette Leute ! Das Haus, das ist eine Wucht ! Woanders man so was oft sucht ! Die Zimmer gemütlich und sauber, der Pool für uns wie ein Zauber. Denn wer kann in unseren Breiten im März bei meist kühlen Zeiten, ins Wasser der Donau will hüpfen, sofort würd’ er wieder entschlüpfen! Drum fällt der Abschied uns sehr schwer: Viel Wochen und leider nicht mehr! Das soll uns jedoch nicht verdrießen, konnten wir doch Cape Coral genießen ! | Lieber Vermieter ! Der Aufenthalt in Ihrem Feriendomizil hat uns super gefallen. Wir sind mit drei Generationen: Eltern mit Baby (12 Monate) und Grosseltern angereist. Die Raeumlichkeiten und Ausstattung haben uns einen super gepflegten Eindruck gemacht. Genauso haben wir Ihr Domizil auch verlassen. Ihren Pool konnten wir wegen der Kaelteperiode leider nur mit "Schnapp-Atmung" fuer einen Moment benuzten. Cape Coral ist ein beneidenswert schoener Fleck auf dieser Erde. | Liebe Vermieter, wir haben den Aufenthalt in Cape Coral und speziell in ihrem Haus sehr genossen. Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet, die Küche ist vorbildlich ausgerüstet und der Pool traumhaft. Mit der Fibel der Familie Nagel, die wir in Bibel umgetauft haben, konnte bei den Erkundigungen nichts mehr schief gehen. Die Betreuung war durch Familie Nagel sehr gut. Da wir selber lange Zeit ein Ferienhaus in Griecheland hatten, welches wir ebenfalls vermieten, wissen wir auch wieviel Arbeit, Schweiss und gelegentlich Aerger hinter so einem Projekt steckt. Wir können nur sagen, Kompliment Sie haben es gut gemeistert! Wir haben uns zwei Wochen lang wirklich heimisch gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Für die Villa Riverview kann man sicherlich viele Worte finden, um sie zu beschreiben; das treffendste von allen wäre allerdings: traumhaft. Auf den ersten Blick wird bereits offensichtlich, dass die Besitzer viel Liebe in jeden kleinen Aspekt der Ausstattung des Hauses gelegt haben. Komfort wird in diesem Haus groß geschrieben - in jedweder Hinsicht. Die Besitzer haben weder bei den Sitzmöbeln, den Betten noch der elektronischen Einrichtung gespart. Das Resultat: Man fühlt sich von Anfang an zuhause. Jeder Tag, den ich in diesem Haus verbringen durfte, fing gleichhaft traumhaft an: einem Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Blick aus den herrlichen Sonnenaufgang, der direkt über dem Fluss hängt. Nah an allen wichtigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und doch weit genug entfernt von jedwedem Lärm, gehört es sicherlich zu einem der schönsten Häuser, die ich kenne. Dieses Haus ist sicherlich hervorragend geeignet, für diejenigen Urlauber, die gerne und oft unterwegs sind und Abends in die Gemütlichkeit eines luxoriösen Heims zurück kehren wollen. Doch für diejenigen, die sich gerne am und im Haus aufhalten, bietet es jedwede Annehmlichkeit, die man sich nur wünschen kann: Großbildfernseher, einen Game-Room, der zum Spielen (Kickern, X-Box u.v.m.) einlädt und eine traumhafte Terrasse mit Pool. All dies versüßt jeden Tag des Urlaubs und lässt nichts vermissen. Ich habe den Ort gefunden, an dem ich jedes Jahr Urlaub machen möchte und kann dieses Haus nur wärmstens Empfehlen. Zeitgleich wird man durch die Familie Nagel vor Ort verwöhnt mit allem, was man benötigt. Gibt es Probleme, so kann man damit rechnen, dass diese schnellstens und auf höflichste Art gelöst werden. Gibt es Fragen oder Wünsche, ist Familie Nagel vor Ort stets gewillt die "extra Meile" zu gehen, um die Kundenwünsche wahr werden zu lassen. Als Mieter lässt der Service vor Ort nichts zu wünschen übrig. Die Firma Royal Invest Inc. unter Leitung des Ehepaars Nagel ist sicherlich nicht das einzige Verwaltungsunternehmen für Immobilien vor Ort - für den deutschen Besucher jedoch sicherlich die erste Wahl für Objekte in und um Cape Coral. Dear Brigitte, Thanks for the information. Our stay at the Naples Villa was most enjoyable. Naples has changed a great deal since my last visit 20 years ago. Because we arrived a little early the pool man was there. Because the pool was colder than we expected we asked that the pool heating be activated. That was done but the pool did not get warm until 2 days later so we had warm water for 5 days. Pool heating was turned off before we left. Everything went well at Naples. We are now safely back in England. Please convey our thanks to Olaf. His Villa is charming and most desirable. Both during our stay and since our return I have looked at available properties in Olde Naples and I am seriously considering investing in a Villa myself. Hope to hear from you soon. Nach 10 Stunden Flug.... Hoffnung auf viel Sonnenschein, trudelten wir im Regen ein. Endlich im Haus angekommen, haben wir auf der Veranda Platz genommen. Dort war es sehr heiß und schwül, drum hüpften wir in den Pool....., der war schön kühl. Zum schlafen sind wir nicht viel gekommen, noch vor Sonnenaufgang wurde wieder im Pool geschwommen. Häufig ging es mit shoping weiter. Andree machte das nicht wirklich heiter. Leidenschaftlich haben wir viele Ausflüge gemacht. Deshalb wurde sehr viel Zeit im Auto und im Boot verbracht. Babcock, Orlando, Miami, Everglades und Key West, waren für Jürgen ein Fotofest. Oftmals haben wir abends gegrillt und unseren Durst mit Bier gestillt. Das Haus von Euch ist wunderschön, es fällt uns schwer hier weg zu gehen, wir hoffen auf ein Wiedersehen ! Danuel, Sandra, Andree B. |

10 herrliche Tage verbrachten wir in diesem Prachthaus. Viele Stunden sind wir !Am + Im" Pool gewesen, so auch am Abend beim romantischen Lichtschein. Verschiedene Ausflüge in der nähere und weitere Umgebung dienten als Ergänzung und kennenlernen dieser schönen südlichen Gegend. Dear Bridgett, we had a wonderful time here at Mango Tango. I wanted to let you know a couple of things we noticed: Propane Tank: it was empty - there was not a second tank in the garage. We put the tank in the garage and we did not use the grill. Oven: the stove top worked well - but the oven has a problem heating up - we couldn´t bake anything in it. Refrigerator: the fridge seemed to struggle to stay gold - we hat ice cream and with the fridge on high - the ice cream never froze solid. This is a great house - we may rent it again next year if our son continues to play college baseball in his senior year. Dear Bridget, we really enjoyed our stay in the Villa. The home was everything we could possibly ask for. We enjoyed the boat, an are gratefull to Mike and his father for their help. After I talked to you, we bought a new Mr. Coffee. I left the reciept on the kittchen counter with the garage door opener. It ended up costing $23.99. Sehr geehrte Frau Petra Nagel, sehr geehrte Frau Brigitte Nagel, erteinmal herzlichen Dank, für Ihre nette und prompte Antwort auf unsere mail. Bisher hatten wir eher die Erfahrung, daß eine Rückantwort "not avaible" alles war, was uns die angefragten Vermieter zukommen ließen. Schön, daß SIE uns bei der Suche nach einem passenden Feriendomizil behilflich sein wollen und sich die Zeit nehmen, eine wirkliche Antwort zu schreiben. Nachdem wir mittlerweile schon 3 Tage im Internet verbringen - auf der Suche nach einem geeigneten Ferienhaus für unser geplante Reise vom 13. Januar bis zum 26. Februar - um dem Winter in Bayern zumindest für 6 Wochen zu entfliehen, finden wir Ihre Info super. Die Villa Elegance ist wirklich spitze und wir würden sie auch sofort mieten - wenn Sie für den Gesamtzeitraum ein "attraktives Komplettangebot" unterbreiten können, denn ca. 180 Euro am Tag ist uns etwas zu viel. Allerdings haben Sie uns (besonders meine Frau) mit diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus natürlich erst so richtig auf den Geschmack gebracht. Bis zu einem Betrag von 130 - 150 Euro pro Tag (ink. Tax) könnten wir uns vorstellen, die Villa Elegance tatsächlich zu mieten. Vieleicht wäre da ja was zu machen, bzw. eine andere Alternative (gerne auch Naples oder Bonita) denkbar. Auf jeden Fall viel Spass in Florida - bzw. Krefeld wünschen Sofia und Christian B. |

Obwohl wir die ersten 2 Wochen in der Villa Blue Dolphin waren, hat es uns in der Villa Elegance auch sehr gut gefallen. Das einzige was in beiden Villen fehlte war das Hummer-Geschirr. Also, selber gekauft, migenommen in die Villa Savoy aber ... beim letzten Abendmahl, beim zweiten Crabclaw, hat das Geschir versagt. Auf der Suche, durch das ganze Haus, die ganze Straße, kein Nachbar zuhause. Lösung: Im Auto beim Reservereifen liegt das Holstergeschir ! Unser Radiotip: 93,5 Restauranttip: Mr. C. in Latayette Favorite Golfcourse: Royal Tee. Sonst noch ein Lob an die Familie Nagel die immer für Ihre Kunden da sind. Sogar am Sonntag. Liebe Vermieter, nach einer anstrengenden Anreise sind wir gut in Cape Coral angekommen und abern uns über unser sehr gepflegtes Feriendomizil gefreut. Bedanken möchten wir uns für das 1. Frühstück das wirn uns haben schmecken lassen. Sehr nützlich war auch Ihr Infobuch mit vielen interessanten Ausflugszielen und Rastaurants, die wir allerdings in der kürze der Zeit nicht alle wahrnehmen konnten. Besonders hat unseren beiden Kurzen (7 Jahre und 18 Monate) der Pool gefallen. Die Eßgewohnheiten der Amerikaner sind allerdings für einen "Pfälzer", der von der Küche verwöhnt ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. | Blue Sky is a truly stunning house in an amazing location. The house is deceptively big, each room more than ample in size and gorgeously furnished in a great style. The view is wonderful and peaceful, with all manner of wildlife on display, including pelicans, manatee, herons and egrets. The private natural stone pool is great for relaxing in. Blue Sky is just a short stroll to the local stores and great restaurants are not far away. Would highly recommend a relaxing visit to this amazing holiday home. |

As two single woman, traveling to Cape Coral for the first time we were not sure what to expect, but the location, home, and the owners more than exceeded our expectations. We cannot wait to return...The outdoor living space was an extremely private setting and drained the years stress upon first glance. Schon nach der Buchung wurde uns jede erdenkliche Hilfe angeboten, und wir wurden warm und herzlich von Brigitte empfangen. Das Haus liegt im Wesentlichen ruhig, die wunderschöne Gegend ist in wenigen Gehminuten (und noch kürzerer Zeit mit einem der beiden zur Verfügung stehenden Fahrräder ) zu erkunden. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut, sie bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Urlaubsaufenthalt braucht. Die Poollandschaft ist großzügig und außergewöhnlich mit Pflanzen und tollem „Surrounding“ gestaltet. . Das Haus war eine sehr gute Wahl, und wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. |

We, along with our Brother and sister-in-law could not have imagined a more pleasurable and relaxing vacation. Not only was the house imaculate and very well cared for,the grounds with it's screened in pool/spa was absolutely the best..Our host, Bridgette without a doubt most gracious and warm.. The surrounding is beyond compare with it's quaint restaurants and Cafes and old time Florida Feelings. We will without fail find a way to return to our "house in paradise" |

| Our family stayed in your gorgeous home for the month of March 2011. The pictures do not do the home justice. It was amazing. Bridgette was very helpful and answered all our questions. The pool overlooking the waterway and the mangroves was so peaceful and the sunsets every night were gorgeous. As soon as you walk into the home you feel very comfortable and welcomed. | This home is very delightful. Every amenity is at your disposal. No question goes unanswered. It was only my husband and myself but we wanted some space. The home is so private and quiet yet you really are close to everything. When we arrived, the home was spotless and the bikes had air in the tires. There were plenty of items that make your beach day fun including chairs, coolers, mats and towels. We didn't use the pool (we are not pool people) but we loved sitting outside. We loved opening the large sliding doors and welcoming the outside in. (There were virtually no insects) Bridgett and Werner are fabulous hosts and easy to deal with. We didn't have any issues and it was simple to make the reservation. They are very customer oriented and it was a great experience. |

| Nach vielen Stunden im Internet sind wir auf die Homepage dieses Ferienhauses gestoßen. Sie hat uns sofort angesprochen. Und welch ein Wunder, zu der gewünschten Zeit war das Haus noch frei. Mit großer Vorfreude sind wir aus dem Schwarzwald hierher angereist. Unsere Erwartungen wurden bei weitem übertroffen. Ein sehr gepflegtes, prima ausgestattetes Ferienhaus wurde für 3 Wochen unser Zuhause. Viele Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung haben unseren Urlaub abgerundet. Morgens und auch am Abend haben wir den Pool ausgiebig genossen. Unseren Kindern sind fast Schwimmhäute gewachsen. | Dear Bridgett, We had a onderful time here at Belloccia. I wanted to let you know a couple things we noticed: Propane Tank – it was empty – there was not a second tank in the garage. We put the tank in the garage and we did not use the grill. Oven – the stove top worked weel- but the oven has a problem – heating up – we couldn´t bake anything in it. Refrigerator – he fridge seemed to struggle to stay cold – we had ice dream and with the fridge on high – the ice cream never froze solid. This ist a great House – we may rent it again next year if our son continues to play college baseball in his senior year. | We have been a few times in Cape Coral yet, but this vacation was the most magnificent ever. The service we were offered at check-in was friendly and courteous, and we felt at home right away. But the most convincing thing was the gorgeous house. The pool area was fabulous. So spacious and fenomenal with all its palm trees inside the screen area. The pool was very refreshing and pretty clean. The spa was very relaxing. Concerning the inside of the house, everything was clean and decorated with love. The owner thought of every little detail when he furnished that dream home. Everything was just refurbished. We found everything what we needed for fantastic holidays. The house is definetly worth its price! The location was quiet close to all general shopping areas and it was about a 30 minutes drive to Ft. Myers Beach. There you can only relax or have an exciting waverunners ride, what we did this time. All in all we would spend our next holidays there again! |

| Gespannt waren wir, wie gut die Beschreibung im Internet zutreffend war. Wir wurden angenehm überrascht. Das gepflegte, sehr saubere Haus hat eine sehr gute Lage. Ruhig, kaum Verkehr und trotzdem sehr zentral. Publix und Walmart ebenso zahlreiche Geschäfte und Restaurants in direkter Umgebung. Elegant eingerichtet in zeitlosem Stil besitzt es alle erdenkbaren annehmlichkeiten für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub. Die Krönung war der großzügige Super Swimmingpool mit einem Whirlpool. Wir hatten ein schönes Motorboot gemietet, das wir am hauseigenen Bootsdeck mit Lift anlegen konnten. In wenigen Minuten erreichten wir mit dem Boot den River und dann ging es ziemlich schnell auch auf das offene Meer hinaus. Wir haben Unvergessliches gesehen. Delfine, Manatees und viel, viel anderes. Leider war der wunderschöne Urlaub wie immer zu kurz, aber wir werden sicher bald dieses Traumhaus „Villa Bahama 3" wieder buchen, zumal auch die Betreuung durch Royal Invest, Inc. hervorragend war. Wir können diesen Florida Traum nur jedem anspruchsvollen Floridaurlauber wärmsten empfehlen. |

My husband and I stayed for a month and our daughter and teenage grandchildren came to visit for the Christmas holidays. We all had a wonderful time. It is hard to describe the feeling you get when you walk inside and experience the real peace that is felt. Located on a nice canal, there is no noise. It is an oasis. Restaurants, shopping, movies and of course the beach as well as nature walks through the streets where close by. But as soon as you came "home" you felt the quiet and peace wash over you. It was a wonderful vacation and we highly recommend this property! |

| This vacation was the most pleasant surprise our family has ever had! All we could say when we entered the house was wow!!! We had obviously seen photo's of the house before we arrived, but they don't do the house justice. The decor was spectacular and the furnishings were beautiful and it had everything we could want in a home ... and more!! It was spotless upon our arrival and the lanai area and pool were so inviting! This was so more than a home away from home!!! We loved it and had a great time...When we did actually leave the house (against protest from the kids cause they love the pool and hot tub so much) we found plenty of great restaurants and some great shopping. But honestly...this was the most relaxing family vacation we've ever had and we really had not need or desire to go out much other than to buy groceries. We will most defintely be going back and would not hesitate for a second to recommend this home to our family and friends. Thank you for allowing us the privilidge of renting this home for our vacation. All we can really say is wow! |

| This place was pure luxury..The setting is spectacular and the home is spacious and comfortable. The owner/manager has thought of everything and is so organized from the beginning of the arrangements to the very end. She has thought of everything to make your stay a wonderful one. Everything you need for a day at the beach to a day of golf is available. The two bikes were wonderful for exploring the area and daily exercise. The kitchen has everything you would want and the grill was a great feature. We felt we were home. We had a great week and it was a wonderful place to stay...we would do it again. |

This cozy place was so friendly that we felt like at home from the very beginning. Meticulously equipped with whatever you would need during your stay, spacious, lacking the florid style (so often visible in Florida homes). Cape Coral is an ideal place for golfing, hiking, running and living - green, clean and safe. A perfect vacation home needs a perfect landlord. | Having vacationed in many part of Florida, this was our first time in Cape Coral Area, and also our first time renting a Villa. We never want to stay in hotel again. The Villa is decorated beautiful with all the ammenities of home, and then some. We loved the open concept and high ceiling, which are very similar to our own home. We used the barbaque often, and spent alot of time eating outside and just sitting around the pool. Our kids loved the pool and used it almost daily. Cape Coral a beautiful area to stay in, and I recommend it highly. |

| The house was in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood. It was so close to everything. The #1 Beach in america, Sanibel Island was about 20 minutes away!!! Shopping, restaurants, marinas all within 15 minutes of each other, depending upon where you wanted to go. Downtown Cape Coral was about 10 minutes. Having your own pool without a curfew is a plus when you have kids. The home was very clean, neat, orderly - a very good choice! We enjoyed the home and are planning another vacation really soon and hope to rent the home again if it is available. Thank you! |

The home met all our needs and more. The enormous master suite, the beautiful decor, the abundance of amenities, and the gorgeous pool all added to the most relaxing weeklong vacation we have ever had. | Im Mai 2010 haben wir zum zweiten Mal Cape Coral besucht und waren zum ersten Mal mit vier Erwachsenen zu Gast in der Villa Hollywood. Schon nach der Buchung wurde uns jede erdenkliche Hilfe angeboten, und wir wurden warm und herzlich von Brigitte empfangen. Das Haus liegt im Wesentlichen ruhig , der wunderschöne Strand ist in wenigen Gehminuten (und noch kürzerer Zeit mit einem der beiden zur Verfügung stehenden Fahrräder )zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut, sie bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Urlaubsaufenthalt braucht. Die Poollandschaft ist großzügig und außergewöhnlich schön gestaltet. Das Haus war eine sehr gute Wahl, und wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen |

This house is located on a canal system - fun to watch the the boats go by. The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock, swimming and playing videos on the big screen while the adults could relax in the lanai or living room. The pool is heated making it possible to enjoy in every season. We enjoyed family outings to the science centre and had a lot of fun at the nearby beaches. Das große Grundstück in sehr ruhiger Lage mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf den herrlichen Kanal versetzte uns sofort eine besondere Urlaubsstimmung. Durch die Liegemöglichkeiten am Pool, Kanal und auch auf dem Dachbalkon hatte jeder seine Privatsphäre. Aufgefallen ist uns die geschmackvolle Einrichtung im Haus und die gepflegte Außenanlage. | Meine Frau und ich mieten fast jedes Jahr die Villa White Pearl für unseren Jahresurlaub. Wir haben aus Hobby und zum Zeitvertreib eine ganze Menge andere Häuser angeschaut und festgestellt, dass diese Eigentümer im Vergleich mit anderen an nichts gespart haben um es den Gästen, oder auch für den eigenen Gebrauch so komfortabel und schön wie möglich zu gestalten. Der Internetanschluss war uns sehr wichtig. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnlich geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten, sind die verschiedenen Areas an denen man je nach Anlass, oder nach Lust und Laune sitzen kann. Im Außenbereich konnten wir je nach Wetterlage bzw. Temperatur die herrliche Terasse nützen und zur Abwechslung standen noch weitere 2 Liegemöglichkeiten an der Bootsanlegestelle und an dem übergroßen Bootsdock zur Verfügung, wo wir den Abend bei romantischer Beleuchtung und einem Glas Wein zusammen verbrachten. Im Haus genossen wir das exklusive Esszimmer wenn wir Besuche zu bewirten hatten, oder den Nuck beim Frühstück, von dem aus man einen wunderbaren Blick zum Pool und dem Kanal hat. Überhaupt hat uns das große Grundstück von dem aus man einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Kanal hat sehr gut gefallen. Die zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrräder haben wir gerne genützt um andere Häuser zu begutachten. |

| Do not hesitate to book this property!!! You will not be dissapointed. From the moment we walked through the door, everything was exactly as we had anticipated and then some. The quality of the fixtures and fittings, the comforts of the bedrooms, the luxuries of the pool, etc.! The location is in a great, safe, quiet family area with excellent gulf access. The grounds are immaculate and the pool area make going out to explore the beaches, islands, shops and restaurants this area has to offer all the more difficult! The rental agents Bridgette and Werner, were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, always at the end of the phone for advice, recommendations and the occasional trouble-shooting. Booking through Royal Invest was simple and secure and the prompt responses to emails gave us confidence in the whole process. Excellent service! Everything you could possibly need is in the home, in a great location, close to main roads with shopping, fuel, restaurants, etc. The home is immaculate, with tasteful decor and upgraded furnishings. | The 5-bedroom home is a beautiful place to stay in a great part of the state. It is large, open and airy with new furnishings and a comfortable atmosphere. It is located on a quiet street with a screened-in lanai that faces the fenced back yard, which is a fantastic space to enjoy the morning before heading out to explore what Cape Coral has to offer. It is a short drive to the beaches in Cape Coral and Fort Myers, nature walks and shopping. Overall the house was a perfect choice for our home away from home. |

It was located 10 minutes from Cape Coral beach and with in 10 minutes to Pine island which is loaded with great restuarants and a great fishing pier. It exceeded my expectations. |

| Völlig überwältigt von der Exklusivität, die dieses Haus bietet, können wir hier berichten, dass der Internetauftritt genau der Realität entspricht !!! Nein, es ist sogar noch besser! Hier kann man sich wohl fühlen, hat Ruhe, aber auch die Nähe zum Golf, sprich Strand, ist gegeben und man hat in 20 min den weissen Strand von Fort Meyers erreicht. Das Haus war sauber und sehr ansprechend möbliert. Wöchentliche Poolreinigung. Die Hausverwaltung hatte immer ein Ohr für kleine Problemchen. Günstig ist auch die Lage zu den Malls (Miromar-Tanger-Coconut) zwischen 30 und 45 min. Keine Probleme hinsichtlich Vertragabschluss und Kautionsrückgabe! Rundherum alles super !!! so wünscht man sich das! Wir kommen jedenfalls wieder. |

| We stayed at this property from June 25, 2011 through July 1, 2011. Even though the weather was not very nice it didn't really matter because this property is so nice we felt like we were at home. The lanai and pool area are fantastic. It was so nice to just sit out there and enjoy the views of the canal. This house has everything you could possible need and more.
